By applying for this account and the facility to use Campaign Creator I
understand that I will receive the amount of 5000 emails per calendar month subsidised by CCD.

If I exceed the 5000 subsidised emails in any one calendar month I will be charged at a rate of £0.02 per email and this invoice will be submitted by Eclipse Creative Communications Limited, Unit F, Linsford Business Park, Linsford Lane, Mytchett, Surrey GU16 6DL.

All payments will be made to Eclipse Creative Communications Ltd at the above address within 30 days of the date of invoice, I understand that late or non payment of any invoice for Campaign Creator services may result in my account being suspended until such time as the account is cleared.
